Spray Foam Insulation

Spray foam insulation is an insulation and air barrier material that seals walls, floors and ceiling cavities against air movement. … Spray foam can be sprayed into an open cavity, like in new construction, attics, crawl spaces and rim joists. Spray foam never loses its shape.

As a member of the Canadian Urethane Foam Contractors Association (CUFCA), we take pride in staying current with leading industry regulations, products and applications so that our customers know that they have us at our best. We pledge to improve the safety and energy efficiency of our customers.

Project Management:

Our customer assurance is backed by the quality-controlled workmanship provided by our certified and experienced installers. We perform various aspects of installation work in-house so that our employees’ skills are consistent across each job site and our company standards are met to you as the customer.

Solutions

High performance insulation products and installation services to address the ever growing environmental challenges and concerns within commercial and residential construction in the Lower Mainland, B.C.

The Benefits

Spray foam insulation, like other insulation, saves on energy costs and lowers utility bills. Upwards of 40% of a home’s energy is lost as the result of air infiltration through walls, windows and doorways. Buildings treated with spray foam insulation insulate as much as 50% better than traditional insulation products.

Insulation properly deployed can be part of a system designed to protect against moisture, which provides the benefit of reducing the chance of harmful moldmildew and rotting of wood.

In addition to building temperature and moisture control, spray foam insulation is often used to reduce noise. Foam insulation serves as a barrier to airborne sounds, and reduces airborne sound transfer through a building’s roof, floor and walls compared to a non insulated structure.

Insulation of all types stops a good deal of energy loss. Some types including spray foams also seal air leaks. Insulation can also save energy in hot climates by reducing air conditioning use.

Sustainability

We pledge to improve the energy efficiency and safety of each building structure we work on.
